    Electric leaf blower...

Does anyone have experience with either the Sun Joe or Greenworks leaf blowers from Lowe's? I'm looking for a medium or heavy duty elec. blower that can do double duty as a leaf blower (duh) and a car dryer. I like the price range, about $90-$100. Or if anyone has experience with a different brand I'd appreciate your feedback. Thanks.

    Re: Electric leaf blower...

a 150-160 mph electric leaf blower has worked fine for me in both yard work and drying the car. you can find one at sears and walmart for around $35 or less. if you have a solid coat of wax/sealant/coating then drying will be a breeze and most all the water will fly off with just some remaining droplets that a microfiber towel can catch...

I got the Greenworks pro 80v cordless and it's a powerhouse. Haven't used any other electric models though so that's my only suggestion.

It's somewhere between 10 and 20 minutes from a full charge. I can usually dry off 3-4 vehicles. And it only takes a half hour to charge.

    Re: Electric leaf blower...

I've got the ryobi cordless to match my other cordless tools. It does not have the power to keep up with my corded mini blower from CG. At home I still use the corded, but the cordless goes to the coin op wash in the winter.
