Thank you,

What are you using to clean/dress your interior? The film you see could be coming from that.

Stoners Invisible Glass still works for me !

Yes I use Stoners Invisible Glass also. I think it works great. I bought it randomly at Meijer just to try it and I like it alot

I use the regular Stoner's on the inside and the rain repellant on the outside. Both work great at cutting thru outgas film, road film and general dirt and gunk. Plus you can get them at Wally World for like $3.50.

My vote is for Stoner's! The regular spray or aerosol cleaner, not the cleaner/rain x stuff combo...

:iagree: That, plus any out-gassing from the materials that comprises the interior/cockpit.

-I use Stoner's Invisible Glass Cleaner and Sprayway Glass Cleaner. I've never used Meguiar's Detailer Series Glass Cleaner Concentrate but would like to try it out.

-Chemically speaking...What would be the differences, (besides having no ammonia or liquids derived from ammonia), between the above mentioned products; and are these differences the reason for one's preference? Is one "safer" to use than another? Or is cost the deciding factor?

-Thanks in advance for your replies.

Cost for me. You get 11 gallons for ~$20. They both work excellent and are both safe for tint.

Thanks for your reply maximus20895. Cost can sometimes be prohibitive on product selection. By saying 'safe for tint'---do you mean contains no ammonia?

Check your local O'Reilly's... They have Surf City Garage products on clearance. Their glass cleaner is one of the best.

Correct. MGC contains no ammonia so it is tint safe :) Bought a gallon of it probably 6 months ago, and still have 3/4 of it left using it almost daily. Best bang for your buck right here!

I use Double Vision from Hi-Temp (since they manufacture it locally and it is really cheap). Love it, works great. :D
