What's the most affordable one to buy that is dependable as well and does a nice job at removing stains and dirt?

Anything between 700 to 900 is affordable to my budget.

This would be the one in that price range: Mytee Lite III 8070 Hot Water Carpet Extractor, carpet cleaning machine, hot water carpet cleaner
Lotta mixed reviews on that puppy. There was another one that used to be sold here that was ~$500 that was less capable but seemed to be more reliable, but I don't see it in the store anymore, and I'm blanking on the name.

The Mytee Lite is 50-70% of the price of comparable extractors. Some people review them as being great, some people seem to have constant problems and difficulty with warranty/tech support. It seems the people who only use them occasionally have better luck than the people who use them every day. Arguably you get what you pay for, but they've changed the design recently so maybe they have addressed some of the issues.
