Can anyone clarify the dilution ratio for Ultima Waterless Wash Plus+ Concentrate?

everywhere you read says use .5 oz and pour into their 22 oz bottle.
So does that mean the bottle is really 22.5 oz
or are you mixing .5 oz with 21.5 oz of water?

Just trying to clarify the ratio for a 16 oz bottle? Probably doesn't make a difference -
ratio would be either 44:1 or 43:1

I believe I use 22 oz of water, I can't remember I haven't mixed any up in a long time, been trying to use up some other waterless washes. (story of my life)

The instructions suggest pouring 0.5 Oz into the 22oz bottle and then filling with distilled water as you mentioned.

So, I always do 21.5 Oz water and 0.5 Oz UWW+. I'd rather have too much UWW+ than too little.

So, if you plan on using it a lot, make up a gallon or so. It will make diluting much easier.

Yikes, Kevin, that looks way too organized :p US Plastics? So those products are premixed and ready to dispense?

Yes and yes.

I don't worry about laying it on thick when I do this, so I just dispense into the sprayer and the pressurized sprayers.

It doesn't matter how much the bottle holds. it's very simple. Just add a 1/2 ounce of Ultima Waterless Wash Concentrate product to the empty blue bottle, fill the bottle with distilled water, install the sprayer, and shake

I would be curious to know how the OP is measuring .5 oz so preciously that mixing it with 22 v. 21.5 oz would make a difference.

This whole thread is a joke, right?

Anything over 22oz. or under 22oz. can be disastrous.

I eyeball somewhere between 1/2-3/4 ounce and funnel into a 32 oz bottle.

*heads explode*

You guys and your precision are giving me an inferiority complex lol.

The dilution ratio is pretty close to Uber's. Just put 3 oz in a gallon of distilled water. Boom, done, and now you have enough to refill the spray bottle several times on the fly.

^^^^^^^^
Yep
Not rocket science

yes, correct as a I stated it doesn't make a difference but was using a 16oz bottle, and really was just getting at the dilute ratio given a 22 oz bottle isn't a standard bottle one purchases. just thought it was interesting thats all.
