Hello fellow AG folks. I got a little bored on Saturday and decided to winterize my snowblower. I bought last week from a friend/co-worker who was selling his house and moving into an apartment (smart man, LOL).

Here's a few before shots...

For this task I didn't think I needed to breakout the foam lance so I did a presoak using ONR at RW dilution ration and a few sprays of some D101...

After a good presoak, brushing and rinsing you can see there's no beading, no sheeting, no protection...

I just had to...

I brought it into the basement for a good drying and to see what was under that dirt after washing...

Time to play with the clay. WG Uber is a great clay lube...

Going after the swirls with Megs. UP and the trusty ol' PC...

Let's clean it up to prepare for some PBL love...

Oh, let's not forget the plastics and the trims...

Wanted to top off that coating...

Holy cow man, all those products in your garage...that....that...I...that looks like my garage :(

The Sonax on the wheels was too funny, BTW.

You definitely outclassed me using a coating...I cleaned up mine in the spring and wound up swirling up the plastic trying to use up some old DG sealant.

I'm hoping we have a good solid winter here. Last year we barely got more than one or two 4" snow falls. Nothing fun to really drive or plow around town in.

Looks like you're all set for the worst weather and now at least you won't have snow caked all over the beast.

I'm hoping we have a winter like last year. I doubt it though. Setec, I doubt my garage looks like yours. Yours has way more product and is way more neater. LOL

Wow! That's awesome and you'll probably enjoy using that thing more now. Just curious...was it single stage or clearcoated?

It was clearcoated but the clearcoat must have been very thin. Some areas seem to put orange on the pad.
