I am a former Zaino user. Zaino strongly suggests wiping down car after each coat of whatever with a quick detailer before installing next layer. It did a good job of cleaning off excess whatever and removing any hazing.

Now I know you wouldn't apply a quick detailer after you had done a coating or a sealant that required 12 hours of curing, but would a quick detailer be a good idea between polishes or after a polishes but before a wax. Or better yet, right after a wax?

Or are there properties in these products that would be disturbed by adding a detailer after each step?

You're over thinking car detailing my friend. I have no idea why you'd use a QD after polishing.

Wash, decon, wash, clay, polish, lsp. There ya go.

Good advice. I will save the Quick Detailer for the clay.

That'll work; but, IMO:
McKee's 37 N-914 Rinseless Wash
is a better solution (pun intended).

•Besides N-914's RW/WW capabilities:
-You can also use it to clean the vehicle
in the same manner as you would use
Detail Sprays to clean the vehicle.
