Made a boo boo buffing my wax off....

Ok so I did my yearly wash, clay, polish and wax yesterday. Car came out beautiful again. However, this time I had to buff the wax off in my garage (ULW) with little light to see. I thought I got all of it off but this morning after driving to work I noticed some spots I missed lol. So the car has a light dusting on it right now. Should I wash it then attempt to buff off the wax spots I missed? Or tackle them right now with some detail spray? Thanks!!
