I've seen coatings that say you can apply it to anything including trim. But I've got Wolfgang Uber Ceramic sitting in front of me. The product write-up mentions painted surfaces, glass, and wheels. But what about trim and other bits and pieces?
The car I'm about to do has:
- Pebble finish plastic around the bottom of the vehicle
- Black matte metal trim around all the windows
- What about the plastic headlight covers?
- What about emblems with raised letters stuck on the back of most vehicles. How do you coat that?
My concern is especially for the matte finished metal. If the coating changes the finish of the metal trim, wow... I don't even want to think about that.
Thanks,
Bill
