"Klasse High Gloss Sealant Glaze can be layered as many times as you like with no discoloration. Wait 8 to 12 hours before buffing and then applying the next coat."

Does this mean that I should wait 8-12 hours before applying the next coat, or is it waiting to remove the product before applying the next coat? What am I missing?

Think they want you to leave it on for 8- 12 hours, remove, then apply the next coat. Obviously the car should be indoors when doing this.

It's been posted in the past that it's easier to remove if you wait 12 hours before you remove. My experience is it doesn't matter that much. It's still a pain to remove.

I find that WOWO works best with Klasse Sealant. Use a small travel size spray bottle. Spray and buff .. then allow to sit (cure) for eight hours. If you get a stubborn spot, spritz and immediately rewipe.
