hello friends, im just getting back into it after about a 15 years break. this is what i got. got a black grand prix that hasnt been waxed or anything in about 2 years. hit the car up with some hd speed and it did a good job, but it showed me i got more work to do. look at the trunk lid. what can i do to take this out.

this is whats been done so far
washed and clayed the car
hd speed on a lc white pad.

I can't see the picture real well. It looks like you may have some clear coat failure starting, but again I really can't see the picture very well.

I️ can’t make your photos out When taking photos, do a 3 foot away to give context to then a few others.

If that is the trunk, looks like the clear is gone. Again, hard to tell from the pic.

I️ typically pair speed with an Orange pad...

Grand Prix’s are known to have clear coat failure in those areas. This looks like clear coat failure.

Anything I can do to make it at least look better

That's pretty funny. Rates right up there with bug spray to fix headlights. lol

I wouldn't necessarily vouch for that 1, but that dudes got some pretty interesting hacks on his list. Natural born Macgyver. Lol.

You gotta admit, that made a huge difference! Lol. If I had a beater I'd try it.

Valid point, the car definitely wasn't a thing of beauty. I'm sure that was was discovered by accident. I'll subscribe and check him out. Entertaining if nothing else lol
