I also took the liberty to upload your photo's to one of my galleries to post here for others to see:
For the Wheel, a good wheel repair person should be able to fix this. A detailer that has a good/reputable wheel repair vendor shouldn't have any issues.
Looks like some touch-up paint should fix this.
This looks like some kind of friction scraping. Usually if a door is mis-aligned. Hard to tell what caused it, but probably a respray... Touch-up paint would look fairly bad over that scrape. Are you sure it's paint missing and not residue for a plastic covering, or something else?
This could be potentially fixed with a DA and some compound, but not if it's deep enough to get a fingernail into.
Rock chip I presume? Touch up paint.
That looks like some kind of paint transfer. If you look above and too the right where the reflection of the light is, you'll see some nasty scratches. I would say, most likely this could be removed with DA and compound, at least to a certain percentage.
I'm assuming this is under the hood? Same as the door jam, there is something causing friction and wearing the pant off. More than likely the dealer didn't do this...
