LCD dash cleaning help?

Hey all,

The below pic shows what I’m trying to clear up. I haven’t tried anything other than ammonia free glass cleaner without success. I’m not sure what it’s from but it was there when the car was purchased (lightly used).

At first I thought it was one of the films for screen protection that had just a lot of bubbles in it. But it was not. Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated.

if it's not wiping off, it may be damage to the screen itself from improper use of cleaning chemicals.

I typically do LCDs with a MF that I've used for something like Meg's interior detailer.
 
Its hard to tell from the photo if it is on the screen surface or below in between the touchscreen and the LCD screen. Plexus or M37 Plex-All are a safe choice if you want to try a gentle polish.
