Paint removal from wheel arches

I have a customer who has driven over paint and has paint splattered all in the wheel arches.
Is there any product that I can use that will remove this? General scrubbing and pressure washer, with some APC didnt touch it.


Any advice would be great.

I'll give it a go. There is a fair bit so probably going to be time consuming
