Instrument Cluster Plastic Mark/Haze

Purchased the car used so unsure how and when this happened. The instrument plastic appears to be crazed/clouded, hard to tell. Can't tell if its inside or outside. Any idea on what I can use to get it out? It really annoys me. Thanks.

For some reason I cannot add a pic, never has been an issue before - ideas?

OK, ran my finger over the hazined area, I can feel texture so its on the outside. I tried Plexus, did nothing. Any ideas?
