more info pls? how long have you been using it?...
maybe they go loose and during usage the threads stripped...

take a magnifier or close up pic and zoomnin on threads to see if threads are damaged

I ordered news screws. They should be here in a couple of days, I will try that before I send it back.

its a srart....helpful to know that its new and unused...

u said you cant remove 1 of the screws...how will you reolace that one?

may want to look at a rma?

I hoping I can take it out with a small dewalt drill that I can use from a friend, but I still dont know what will happen so I got them just in case it comes out.

have you worked much with power tools?

is the screw...phillips or allen head?

if you cannot remove the screw by hand a cordless drill may not help...bc you will more than likely not be able to hold the drill with the torque that will drive through the drill to your hand....the drill will pull sideways and your hand with it..

if its a phillips head i would not force it if the head starts to strip.

if allen head..use socket wrench with right socket and allen head bit will give you plenty of leverage and torque

if it were me...id call the seller for an rma for this problem
sounds like incorrectly threaded screw and the housing female threads may be a mess too

It's one of those hexagon I guess like an allen head. I got the drill I'm thinking of trying it out in a few.

good luck ...report back..

personally i wouldn't try the drill..but

that said, its your flex, if you want to try

FINALLY! I did not need the drill. I got me a pair of work gloves and a small rubber head hammer, grabbed a hold of the backing plate and tapped the allen tool, then gave it a good twist and viola! It came loose, then I took the other out and screwed them back in, but they still won't go far, and it's still loose. So now what.

progress....

question..thread the screws in by hand...tactile feel..

is it smooth threading until the scews bottom out OR do you feel resistance ..when threading
