Hd speed and poxy?

Hello, i just recieved the hd speed and poxy, I've been wondering if i could use these after every wash? i wash my car like every 10 days, permitting if the weather is permitting, would that be to much for the car,?
 
HD Speed is an AIO, so you only need to use it every 4-ish months?
Poxy is the seal coating to add on top of HD Speed. You really don't need either every 10 days.... maybe just buy a wax spray to use as your LSP after washing.
