Hello detailers!
Own a black Tesla Model 3. Recently we had a monsoon come over and completely cover my vehicle in hard water spots. Attempted to wash off with no change in condition. So I decided to detail the car and go all out. It’s been awhile since I have actually done any detail work. My question is this, do I clay bar, iron X and then use a polish with a light cutting pad? I plan on using C quartz after I’m done to put a better sealant on the car. As always, advice is appreciated. I don’t have a pictures currently since I’m at work.

Iron-X first, then clay. Polish on a cutting pad is good plan. You'll need Eraser or some other IPA before the coating. Keep in mind coatings can be more prone to water spotting if your area gets rain that is contaminated like that.

Be sure to Reload after the CQuartz to help with water spotting, or better yet, put a coat of Gliss over UK3.0.

Yes, Gliss over UK is the way to go. Reload is fine but won't last as long as Gliss and can be finicky to use at times.
