So I recently waterless washed my car and noticed there's that 'sandy' feeling associated with embedded contaminants. Car has 1.5 year old Cquartz UK 3 that's due to be redone next spring but I'm wondering if I should clay and then apply something like reload for the winter.

I know claying without polishing isn't popular around these parts but curious if its even worthwhile or should I just put reload as is and then wait till winter passes.

Honestly, I would just put reload on it to keep it protected until spring unless you want to really invest some time in it now.

If you want to clay the surface thats fine but I would polish the paint with Essence+ and then top with Reload for the winter. Then in the spring you can redo it.

I save all of the claying/polishing for the Spring.

I'm only after protection for the winter.
