R35 GTR - Dashboard Residue

Hi folks. I need some advice on how to clean my dashboard. I recently purchased an 2012 R35 GTR. The dashboard has a white, greasy residue. I'm not entirely sure what the residue is from - perhaps an incorrectly diluted APC? Regardless, I have tried a water dampened microfiber cloth, AMMO NYC Lather Interior, and Adam's Interior Cleaner. Sadly, the aforementioned methods have all failed.

Any recommendations on what to try next?
