Doh! I'm not firing on all cylinders this week owing to Covid. I'll try that in the morning :)

Can't even remove it with a fingernail. The city has been losing their damn mind resurfacing streets for the past 18 months or so. I do have some plastic blades.
Maybe I should just invoice the city for a respray :)

Try a cotton swab with some nail polish remover on one of the spots, see if that does it. Don’t scrub, just let it sit for a 15-30 secs and wipe it off. Also, Stoner Tarminator has worked for everything I’ve ever tried it on, that stuff is amazing. It’s particularly good for getting exhaust residue off your pipes.

Agree with plastic razor blade and tarminator. Goof off if that doesn’t work.

WooT!! Acetone & QTips worked.... it's probably going to take me a couple of hours to get all of them. On the upside, I'm dealing with very clean paint (apart from these spots) & later it will get wax & ceramic sorcery.

never had any trouble with using the goof off products on the van even when there was a small amount of orange overspray on the side panel. came right off.
