I just finished a white Audi A-6 last night which was contaminated with a lot of iron from the brake pads. I made 2 trips around the car with Megiuars spray clay which has worked great for me in the past, but this time it really didn't touch the rust/orange spots. I upped things by using a yellow bug block, didn't help. Eventually I grabbed a old foamed purple wool pad and polished most spots out. Anyone ever have iron remover not be enough?
