After reading so many great things about ARO on tires I am curious to know if it can also be used on wheels (clear coated aluminum specifically) and is it paint safe for say perhaps one helluva bird bomb or 10? Also with winter coming soon meaning only ONR washes, can ARO be used without having to rinse off or at least minimal water from a bucket and MF?
Thanks, and I'm sure I'll be ordering it soon.

Its safe for your cc wheels, but I would not use it on your paint. There are so many other products that will take care of bird bombs. Even ONR at QD strength will take care of that.

I agree, I wouldn't use it on paint either... But it is paint safe. It will strip your LSP, so be mindful of that when using it.

Thanks for all the input guys! If I use it on my wheels in winter since I won't be able to spray ARO off with a hose, is it a safe enough product that if I miss some while rinsing off with a sponge and ONR will it discolor that wheels or anything?

Why don't you seal your wheels then all you will need is ONR? I seal with AW after every wash after using ONR (QD strength) using a spray bottle. Brake dust just floats away, I don't even rinse just wipe with an old MF.

ARO labeling says that it's cleaning ability is water activated. If doing an ONR wash you may want to wet tires and wheels first, then ARO, and then a good rinse. A good rinse and it shouldn't streak.

Bogo Aro

If you want some ARO, checkout the BOGO section right now.
32 oz. for $9.99 with another one free.
Spray on Amazing Roll Off and watch the dirt roll off!
Order two BOGO deals and you have a gallon of the stuff for under $20 plus you get 4 spray bottles and sprayers.
Since I have always purchased ARO by the gallon, I have no idea if the sprayers are any good, but the price is right. :)
