Was woundering if you could polish the piller posts on the doors? Mine seem to be painted with a cc. Swriled up good!
 
so you are asking about the trim found on the exterior at the "B" pillar? Heck yea you can, just remember to start with the least abrasive first, and top with favorite wax! Probably want to tape off trim around the area..
 
Yep, I have done this to my Grand Prix before, and it came out very nice. Just follow what MrGolfrider said.
 
I try my pillar like the paint, hit it with white pad and XMT 360, comes out nice.
