Vinyl Cleaner

What do you guys think is the most efficient cleaner for vinyl? Woolite & water, Meg's #39 or Meg's APC. I used to use the Woolite and water mix but I'm wondering if that's still the way to go. I've read some posts on other sites where people are shying away from it because it should really be rinsed down (which you obvioulsy can't do in a vinyl interior) - not just sprayed on a wiped off.

If you do think APC would work - what's the dilution rate? 10:1?

I strictly need a cleaner - not a protectant.
