Any self-serve car washes in Northern VA?

I'm desperately trying to track down a self-serve car wash in Northern Virginia. The kind I'm looking for are the garage-style coin-operated ones where you pay to use a hose/sprayer and wash by hand. Anyone know of any? Thanks!
