Can UIGP be used on carpet and fabric upholstery? If so, how do you apply it? Just spray it on and let it dry? AG's description says it can be used on every surface in your automobile.

Yeap, from the back of the UGIP bottle:"on cloth, mist the surface and work in throughly with the Ultima interior Sponge. Allow to dry one hour before use."
