I use it often on tailamps and other plexiglass items like radio and such. DP's version is nice too, its thicker and foamy so it stays in place longer.

I still use it and will use it on just about anything plastic. Headlights, taillights, panels and gauges. It's good stuff.:dblthumb2:

Yeah, Plexus is a little pricey, but JC Whitney runs it BOGO from time to time and that's usually when I pick mine up. May have to give the DP a shot next time I'm running low.

Does DP smell better? Plexus doesn't smell good, but the scent doesn't linger very long, so that's good.

I have a can, but I don't plan on getting anymore after I'm out. I've never been all that impressed with it. Having it on the lenses didn't make it any easier to scrape bugs and other contaminents off.

What is the benefit it is supposed to provide? UV protection, easier cleaning ?

Is it easy to wipe the over spray off of the paint?

... and when it is BOGO it is an unrivaled value!

It is a plastic cleaner and polish. It makes tailamps look crisp and brand new. A little protection but not durable so you will reuse often. One spray, and buff. It doesnt seem all that hard to remove from paint and it can overspray.

I still use it but not very often. I protect my head and tail lamps with WG Plastik Surface Sealant so I only using plexus in between coatings. I still use Plexus on the inside of my tinted windows and occasionally on my radio and gauge screens. When I do use it I either hover a mf towel on the paint to stop overspray or on the interior I spray directly on the towel first. Scott is right though, overspray does come off the paint easily.

I use it on my head lights and tail lights every couple weeks. I actually really like the smell. :dunno:

A couple months ago I used Plexus to clean a really dirty, nasty lexan window and it worked wonders. No streaking, no residue left behind, nothing. :props:

I use it on my Corvette's transparent Targa top and its clear bra. Excellent results.
