reminds me of an amusing aside:
I had some mother's carnauba in the 5.5 inch can that was used mostly by hand so it was down to the metal on the bottom of the can but there was plenty on the sides.
Stuck it in the warm oven after I roasted a chicken and turned it off. Forgot about it until the next morning and when I opened the oven got the yummiest smell of chicken and carnauba! The wax was back to normal and even all around the can. Now I can stick my entire pad in there and evenly get some wax...
