the problem is the confined quarters that make it difficult to do anything by hand and the fear of getting product into places that it won't come out of.
This topic has come up a few times (try searching wood grain) and unless the trim if accessible by machine or you can take it out, then use a machine on it, nothing you do by hand will really make a difference.
I have yet to find a product that will remove these Gage cluster plastic cover defects
I've tried the Meg's PlastX and MirrorGlaze #10/#17 combo,with NO success.
If you find that product that does work,PLEASE let me know!
i have removed scratches with flitz metal polish, fiberglass & paint restorer.
