Anyone using this on interiors? Is it any good? I would assume that it would leave a very matte shine on interior.

It is very good. UWW+ also works on non-porous Interiors.

I used the Opti Clean on everything in my car during my last interior detailing session and it did a great job. I was very pleased. I am trying to find something you can't clean with it.

I think before brushing because it doesn't have that minty smell one wants after they brush their teeth.

Opti-Clean is my go-to detailer for both interior and exterior. It's safe to use on any interior surface including leather, glass, plastic nav screens etc. It doesn't leave any appreciable gloss of its own. Cleaning strength is mild at best, but more than enough for a well-maintained interior.

Does it have enough UV blockers in it to be the only thing used on the interior? Or should it be supplemented with a "true" interior protectant?

I would guess not, as it's not really a dedicated protectant. I use it strictly as a maintenance product, and in that role it serves me well. Maybe Chris@Optimum will chime in for an accurate answer.

See post number 29 of my review. http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/product-reviews/28895-review-optimum-opti-clean.html In post #29 Dr. G goes through a Q&A with me. I asked him this very question. Answer number 5 is what you are looking for.
