sounds like a 2 step to me unless you mixed the 2 polishes together?

what kind of cut does the optimum polish have?

It's more of a UN-tradtional 1 step IMO, but realistically probably a 2 step.

Optimum Polish has an estimate cut between 2.5-3.0.
