Re: Iron X won the 2011 DW awards , triple win!

Congratulations!

I think it's the next best thing to come along since detailing clay in the early 1990's...

I meant to include it in my how-to book but due to a time-crunch it just didn't make it. I am going to share it in my next set of detailing classes as I think it's a very important step after washing and before claying.

Nice work...

Congrats, truly is the best product for 2011.

Re: Iron X won the 2011 DW awards , triple win!

Nice hat trick Avi! Great stuff indeed, but I have a love/hate relationship with the product/smell. It works so well though I just wear a respirator and go for it.

Re: Iron X won the 2011 DW awards , triple win!

Awesome!

I've only used this on 1 car in the sample size, but was quite pleased with the outcome.
Still kicking myself for not getting this on bogo a few weeks ago.

Now with all this success, perhaps you can produce more and lower the cost to make it a reasonable priced product. Or maybe a concentrate that doesnt break the bank. Congrats

Or at the very least produce the eco-refills $3-$5 cheaper so that they actually are a value.

Thank you, i know its smell hard, nothing much to do about it, just use face mask and latex gloves...

Dr Oldz, we do produce allot, ironx now is at the lowest level price can get, any lower than that will affect its performance. and that i wont accept.
if you want it more economic, you can use the ironx paste , its like you said , a concentrated formula.. rub it all over the surface , any surface and it will give you the same effect. with more economic way.
other option is how guys do in UK is.. to save ironx on the car... they first wash it with ironx soapgel. used maybe 20~30ml for the whole car wash.. if they see any signs of color changing spots , they know it need more "ironx care" , if not, so saved cost using ironx while still washed very well there car..
hope this answered you a little.

Hey Avi,

I gave your thread a blue, clickable link to make it easy to share on forums as I'm also referencing your awards with the Porsche write up here...

It just so happens I was planning to take a video when I use the paste on a car I'm doing this weekend. Good timing!
