DP foamaster foam gun?

How well does the quart or 1/2 gallon foamaster gun work? Seriously considering one of these under the current daily deal.

I have a really cheap generic one that doesn't work well at all - I just use it because it has nice spray patterns, but the foaming part is pretty much worthless.

Like the idea of using foam, but really don't want to spend big bucks ... either of those are about the right price for me if they work pretty well.

wont foam up like the foam cannons, its just soapy water imo, not the best and not worth the money in my opinion, google search MTM hydro foam lance, and that one hooks up to pressure washer, can find them for about 50$ shipped. will work way better for that nice thick clinging foam...

i've been using my foam gun for many years and like it. unlike most people.. i don't use it for only a pre-soak, but as a washing tool as well. it's a waste to use it only for a pre-soak IMO and i wouldn't purchase one for just that purpose...
