What pad should I use with this combo, I have 5 über pads ATM

Speed 1? Like normal for wax? It'll be a gg

What's another pad that's good for this

Would I be better off using a cleaner wax by hand?

If you're working on neglected paint and trying to do correction work with a one-step cleaner/wax, also called an AIO, then you want to use the high speed setting on a DA like 5-6 with a polishing pad. You can use a cutting pad but it might leave DA Haze.

If the paint is in good shape and you're using the cleaner/wax as a maintenance wax then use the 4 setting.

See all of these articles and I cover this in my how-to book also...

i read the cleaner wax and finishing wax mike,

i imagine many of my customers will be DD's and will need a cleaner wax, so I'd use speed 5-6 on a GG for this?

If it seems the paint is in good condition I'd definitely go with a finishing wax however
