It does wash of quicker than the silicone type, but that's what good about it as well 
It's also pretty cheap and can be diluted to your taste as well as used more than just tires. I really like it.
I wouldn't buy an expensive product for your wheel wells. Hyper dressing will be just fine. However, for your tires, trim, engine plastic that will vary depending on what you want.
