I rubbed this 1948 Bentley out by hand and topped with M16, one of hundreds of cars I've used M16 on...
This is M16
I know a guy with a few cans of M16 and a few cans of anything that came in a steel tin can in his collection but he's not very good at parting with them...
Considering this wax dries like concrete and should only be applied using a super thin coating, this ought to last a person a couple of lifetimes...

This is a traditional hard wax or what's called a heavy wax, if you ever go to use this wax,
First, this is a finishing wax so the paint must be in excellent to show car condition quality.
Second, you must only apply a very thin coating or it will break your arm trying to remove it.

Ugh....just looking at that picture makes my arms sore. I used to do that 3 step system by hand back in my much, much younger days.

Mike seeing that collection again is nothing short of amazing.
I've managed to keep a few cans as well, I received my last two tins in less than perfect condition, all mushy. I thought it was a goner (kept leaking oil) but the weird thing is, I did a side by side with the "normal" one and it actually lasted more. It was a little harder to remove but nothing too extreme. Go figure.

I remember too because when this happened I was the one that posted the thread stating the products that would be discontinued due to V.O.C. regulations that were to take place in 2005.
Everyone was bummed out.
This is interesting though... it's illegal to to make and sell in the U.S. but it's not illegal to make and sell to the rest of the world.
What does that mean about pollution laws in our country versus the rest of the world? Who cares more about the earth? Isn't this the primary reason behind our EPA? The Environmental Protection Agency?
Maybe we should export our EPA Bureaucracy to the rest of the world?
Just food for thought, I don't want to see this thread go south so again, just food for thought...

Medallion M98 was an interesting product, all the molecules were positive. That's opposite of the norm. Car paint has a negative charge. The Medallion protection ingredients used a cationic action to bond to the paint, that is a chemical/electrical bonding action. It was supposed to "help" create an anti-static surface.
It smelled like tapioca pudding and was a breeze to use. I used Medallion on Scrape all the time, you can even see it in my hand in this picture.

OMG, I remember ordering Meguiars "Medallion" and using it, can't remember how it was though as far as results......oh no, am I getting old
............nah, I've used so many products since then I can't keep up with everything!
I like how the directions on the bottom of the tin can say to use a terry cloth towel to apply and remove, noone does this anymore.......right?!
Mike, you could have a Barrett-Jackson esque' auction for all that M16.......SOLD IT, SOLD IT, SOLD IT!
