Just got these, how to protect them?

I just got these for my old e30. I'm needing advise on how to protect them before I mount them. As many of you know, bmw's are notorious for generating tons of brake dust. I want them to look good but its more importand to make washing them easier...if that makes sense.
Here's what I have:
BFWD
Col 845
Sampple of liquid souveran
NXT 2.0
Gold class liquid
CG 50/50
Or should I invest in something else?

Opti Coat or CarPro DLux.

But 845 would work the best with what you listed
 
I've never used Opti Coat but I'd be very interested to hear some of your processes that would not leave tons of blotted-looking high spots on wheels with that intricate of a design.

Wet Diamond is probably the longest lasting product you've got listed in the OP that I have experience with. It will do a really good job but with the beating those wheels will take concerning brake dust, I'd expect to re-apply it often.

Souveran, NXT and GC wouldn't last for squat in comparison.
 
Are those BBS wheels or look a likes?? I can't tell from the picture. They don't look like 3 piece though...

Spray the opti-coat with an air brush...this makes for a very even coating and allows you to fill all the intricate details...

I agree with this. I think the design of the wheels will make it a little difficult to get in to all the areas otherwise
 
Those wheels will look porn on your E30!
After something similar for my E34 540i...

Would definitely be looking into a semi-permanent coating like Opti-coat &, if you haven't already, good quality aftermarket brake pads that will reduce dust in the first place.
Most have just a little less initial bite than OE BMW pads but if you like your car, wheels, etc looking clean then it may be worth it for you...
 
i just looked up the price of opticoat and the bfwd is looking alot better. i think i'll go with that for now or try th gtechinq c5.
they are NOT real BBS, but for $399 shipped i couldnt pass up.

Nice looking wheels...Almost have a "Dayton Wheel"-appearance.

Whatever wheel-protectant product you decide on, make sure it's a good one (a Coating/Sealant, for example)...

IMO...It's going to be quite difficult to clean/keep-clean the inner barrels of those wheels once they're mounted!
(At least the brake dust build-up on the inner barrels won't be so noticable.)
When you get a chance, or every now and then, pull the wheels back off for a more thorough cleaning.
