trhland,

zymöl standard waxes are absolutely incredible. both in ease of application and protection.
Having been factory trained at the Zymol factory in Connecticut in 1991, my wife and I are the #1 & #2 first factory trained Detailers & Retailers of Zymol products in Canada.
We currently are not in the resale of Zymol. We do use Zymol products in our professional Auto Detailing.

i checked out that post and that guy says that #1carnuba wax is just bleached white. hmm. meaning it dosnt go threw another refining process???

there is a little more to it based upon my conversations with the chemists. But yes #1 Yellow Carnauba is bleached into Ivory Carnauba through a refining process.

i read more of that guys posts he says that turning yellow into white carnuba doesnt do anything .does this guy know what he is talking about?? it sounds like hes saying that high priced white carnuba waxes are all hype .and that yellow is the same thing .with out bleach. i hope that hes just miss informed.

To some extend all things in detailing are hype. Considering most products have some color transfer , I would personally choose to believe that a clear carnauba (or white) would retain the look underneath more so than a yellow wax. Who knows ... but then again remember he is selling a product and likely tossing some dirt to help sell his new line.

If you do get Vintage, market it well! It's preparation to be honest, and customer expectation.

I might be able to see myself spending $400-500 on a jar of wax for a customer vehicle. Now of course, the customer would need to be willing to pay for this on their car as well. Would I ever buy this for my personal vehicle? Never, unless I ever own a high end super car that is driven once a month.
