I've done a lot of research mostly on the different brands. What I want to know is what is the lowest reasonable psi electric pressure washer should I buy? I'm just looking for something to wash the truck...spray the mud off the tires and wheel wells, etc. Thanks

Anything in the 1600-2200 should work well. I have a green works 1700 psi, and tackles almost every project I've needed it to do.

1200 psi is enough. Self serve washes usually run between 1000 and 1200 psi. Pressure is only half the equation quantity is the other half. PSI + GPM= cleaning ability.

Anything in 1800-2000 psi with quick connectors. If you use a foam cannon a low PSI one is not what you need.

I have 2700 gas. Use 2100psi nozzle. Foam cannon good up to 4000. Above posters spot on 2000 psi is a good pressure.
