Starting point,one scuzzy spare tire.

APC put on dwell couple minutes.

Nice review, straight to the point! I read in another review that you have to wet the surface first, was this your experience too?

I have used APC+ and never wet any surface first, maybe because I dilute it 25:1 and its very mild but never an issue. Just depends on your goal I suppose but APC+ is great!
 
Thanks guys, I did wet it first. Working at 10:1. Scrubbed with Mothers wheel brush, not very much thou. Cleaned up nice.

I don't know for a fact but it appears that CG All Clean+ is more caustic than Meg's APC+. I am watching this product closely.
 
Sweet results! Can't wait to try this myself when i'm out of my current APC.
