Will paint correction help with this?

The front bumper of my 2002 Mustang GT is a wreck and every time I look at it I cringe. Does anyone know if paint correction will help or if I just need to repaint?

Looks like rock chips to me...

Me too. Best fix is to get it repainted and get a clear bra. Next best fix is Dr Colorchip. However, Dr C. repairs will be noticeable somewhat
