GG Glass polish question

Does it stain trim? I have paint overspray on my sideview mirrors i need to remove. I guess the claybar i have is to fine because it didn't work very well. The GG glass polish worked great but i didn't want to get to close to the edges if it stains the plastic surrounding the mirror. Taping it would be a pita.

I use it and it's been no problem. The cars I use it on have polished stainless trim and it hasn't hurt them in the least.

On plastic...can't say. You might contact Griot's techs and ask them.
