This may not be the correct place to post this thread but I wanted as many people to see this as possible.

I have been looking into CarPro's new Hyd02. I sent an e-mail in to thier sales dept with some questions. Not only did I recieve a reply back in a timely manner but it was the same day! There were a few more questions that needed clarification and those were responded to with in an hour.

I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Avi at CarPro for the answers to my questions and for thier customer service. All I can say is "excellent job guys"! That is how it should be handled. :dblthumb2:

Agreed i have had the same experience as you. but from Ceedog. He replies usually within 15 minutes of me emailing no matter what day or time

I agree Mike; I only deal with Corey (CEE DOG) when it comes to CarPro-USA. His service and support are outstanding. Most of the products I use these days are CarPro. CQ Finest is my all time, absolute favorite coating. So easy to use, so GLOSSY, and a real money maker! The warranty, the serial #, and the serialized sticker for the underside of the hood really rock!

Corey is a great guy! I have only ever had A++ experiences dealing with him! Can't thank him enough for all his help!

Corey ran down the post man for me so he could ship out an order together that needed to be changed in order for me to save on shipping. He even thanked me numerous times while we instant messaged during the transaction. How often does a vendor thank you when you purchase from them?

Corey has been an incredible resource for me. He does answer usually within minutes, he only sells the very best of products. I will continue to purchase as many products as possible from him. He is an excellent business man.

Ordered some wax at 3:00AM on a Monday morning and got a shipping number 15min later! :xyxthumbs:


Appreciate the fast shipping Corey... I ordered about 3:00 am and had a shipping # 15 min later, do you ever sleep lol.
