Went to the Muscle Car City Car Show Saturday. There was an old Blazer for Mike to work his magic on. I think for its age it looked good. The paint needed some Autogeek love. So here it is Mike just for you. I am 6' 1" and it is the best pick of the motor I could get.

Hey thanks for sharing and "yes" I do really like the classic Blazers. I've owned 4 and all of them were full convertibles. Here's what I've owned,

One 1969 Blazer CST
Two 1973 Blazers, one was a 4x4 and the other the very rare factory 2-wheel drive
One 1975 Jimmy

The one in the picture has the complete window frame for the glass on the doors so this means it was a 1976 or newer as 1975 was the last year for the fully removable hardtop.

They're all good... I'm just partial to the full convertibles...

Here's my 1973 Blazer hooked up to my 1970 Sanger...

Right now I have the very rare fiberglass half-cab for the 1973 to 1975 Full Convertible Blazer/Jimmy as I drug it all the way out here with me from California. I'm thinking about selling it as I never use it as it defeats the point of a full convertible...

After owning 4 of these classic full convertible Blazers/Jimmy's, the half cab in the back of my truck is the only one I've ever seen... outside of pictures... so it's pretty rare.

Again, thanks for sharing the Black Blazer pics...

I "used" to own a Sanger. I bought it in 1981 and sold it in 2001, so I owned it for 20 years, that's longer than most people I've ever met to own the same boat.

In hindsight I should have never sold it. I think many of us on here can say that about a car you used to own.

I got all the good years out of the hull and I can only remember a single time in twenty years that I didn't take it over 100 miles per hour and that's when my wife at that time was pregnant so we just putted around in it.

Very freakin fast boat.

In the picture below ran 111 mph in 11 seconds. I was 23 in this picture and this was the first time I raced this boat.

I'd like to get another V-drive someday but it would have to be a Sanger Runner Bottom.
