Porter Cable + Meg's UC... Now What?

I am thinking about getting a Porter Cable DA. I already have some Meg's Ultimate Compound. I want to get an ultra fine polish and then something in-between UC and a fine polish... a medium cut if you will.

Any suggestions for these two products?
 
If you want to stay with the Meg's line, Ultimate Polish would be your fine polish and perhaps SwirlX or ScratchX as your medium cut.
 
I went from UC to MEguar's UP and the results were really good. The UC finished off pretty smooth and very clear with no marring; at least on an older Subaru. Hitting it with UP increased the brilliance of the shine and took the surface from slick to slippery.

I've also been pretty impressed with UP's cutting ability by itself. I was able to do a pretty decent job of knocking out swirls and light scuffs with just the UP and a polishing pad.
 
UP works well with UC. They compliment each other nicely.
