Is it possible to polish powder coat? Would I treat it like a single stage?
 
For anyone who cares, I polished a powder coated bumper with blue 3" ht pad and sf4000. Got great results. Sealed with OC.
 
yes, you could polish. PC is very durable and resistant.

best bet would be to measure the paint thickness and see how much you got to play with
