Best project for old wax residue?

What is the best product to get old wax out of tight spots? Someone long left wax in ever tight lines and areas. Is CarPro Eraser the best to get? I would prefer something I can get for a cheaper price.

Old wax is tough to remove. Try using a soft tooth brush and a water spot remover.
 
I use my Unilux 3000 steam cleaner, popsicle sticks, and plush microfiber! Its pretty tedious work but well worth the results. A car isn't detailed if it has an old wax residue!

I was thinking the other day trying out steam as a removal method
 
soft paint brush, cut bristles to 1/2 original size.
 
I use the detailing sticks with the foam tips or the rubber end of the Mother's detail brush.
