Who's Working on Thanksgiving?

I sign up for it every year but never get it. Goes to people with less OT.
Used to work it every year until 13 years ago.
 
Having to work on the Holidays:
Is one thing I do not miss having to do, nowadays.

Hope your work-day does go by quickly.
Hope you do have a good Holiday-meal, for when you get off work.

My wife works this evening. Nurses rotate Holiday's. She'll be off Christmas, next year will be the opposite. I'm on the fence about working today myself. I will at least get my truck cleaned up after a 700 mile journey through every road condition known to man. :)
 
I'm off today but plan on washing the truck I'm working on this weekend, I'll start once my family leaves.
Then it's back to my real job tomorrow:(
 
off today, but full shift friday. and no its not retail! warehouse. talk about screwing up a 4 day weekend. but this year i took christmas week off. i made sure this year christmas would not be butchered! our holidays are all paid of course, but we are back the next day on every single one.
 
Not this Holiday...yeah!!

Dual military for 17 years...I don't see many holidays w/all of us here...but that was our choice, so I'm good with it.

Hopefully you get off at a decent hour and enjoy the day!
 
I work today. So glad my retail job doesn't do black Friday deals. We are also eating at work today and one of the boys can really work up some good ribs! I won't complain about being there, that's for sure.
 
I'm at work. 9am the regular druggies come in to get their Oxys they couldn't get filled until today - they are usually waiting for me at the door. Then a guy comes in from Maryland to get some Sudafed. Other than that - its quiet.
 
Dam, I'm pretty thankful I have today and tomorrow off!
 
Which pharmacy do you work for?

I have to go in tomorrow luckily the stock market closes at 1:00pm so I should be out of the office by 2:30..
 
I'm booked up next week, but I'm taking off through the weekend. I hate working Holidays and it's one of the main reasons I started my detailing business.
 
At work today and tomorrow. Both are paid holidays. Get two and a half times pay so I'm not complaining. Will be home for dinner.
 
I'm at work till 3pm, guests coming at 4pm, 27 mile trip back home.. I need to get home on time!!!

Don't want to announce that one here. Some detailing thug might put 2 and 2 together and go to me house and steal my Rupes and Master Blaster.

Full time paramedic, working until 6pm. Get paid double time and fed very well, then spend time with the fam. Happy turkey day!

I'm not working but i'll be working on the ride. I work 60+ hours a week and i like to enjoy my days off working on the car, with friends, and with family.
