Either the Mrs. or I accidentally parked too close to a curb and took a nice chunk out of our rear run flat (see attached pic). Can anyone recommend a fix (rubber filler, etc.)?

I'd replace the tire. run flats still hold air, they just have stiffer sidewalls so you can get to a safe location before changing/repairing it, but usually recommend a slower speed for safety purposes. This tire is not safe to drive.

Replace. Can you see cords?
I agree with above posts, replace would be best.

Replace or at least get it rebalanced if you feel it's cosmetic and not structural.

With the way it looks, not to deep its prob ok, but are ya willing to bet your life on it? blowing out at highway speeds not a good thing I'm not a betting man, so I'd replace it just cheap insurance to know your not driving on a tyre that could go at anytime..

We did the same thing to a tire on my wife's last leased car. We just rotated it to the rear and finished out our lease! Lol

I would continue driving on it, but I live on the edge.

I did the same thing to my new corvette. i really didnt want to spend 500 on a new tire when these tires had no miles on them. mine had a flap on it so i took some tire glue and attached it and u would never know but i am really not sure if the tire is compromised or not. i am no tire expert but i guess it depends on how deep yours is. I am the only one that drives the car but if your wife drives it you may want to consider changing it good luck

Please...
Do your family, yourself, and your fellow drivers a favor:
And replace this compromised tire immediately!!
And from the looks of it:
Has the wheel been compromised as well?
Plenty of curb rash to be seen...
Price a repair and/or replacement, if deemed necessary.
Safety First!
