Coating after fresh clearcoat

I've read that one shouldn't apply a wax or sealant for a period of time after a fresh clearcoat.

Does the same apply for a nano coating?
 
I had my car fixed by the body shop and the manager said no need to wait, the clear is cured already, so I opti coated it after a couple days of picking it up when I had time no issues that I know of.
 
How long did the body shop have your vehicle after spraying it? And what brand/type of paint is it?
